But can I buy it via steam and then play it without steam? Because I want to play this on my laptop during my 2 hours train rides each day, but dont have connection.

I actually have Vista too and I managed to make it work. First download and install both the newest patch and update (if you write “Worms Armageddon Vista” in google it should direct you to the right website). The game might freeze on the opening window, but that can be changed: go to tweaks in the folder you installed the game and disable one of them (can’t recall which right now… I think it was SmoothBackgroundGradient). And there you go.

I hate to say this since I used to play this all the f-ing time, but general playability in Xbox 360′s Worms 2 Armageddon is just so much better. Even if it has absolutely lame choice of weapons.
